3. Age Restriction & Content Warning

By using this App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You understand the App may display adult/NSFW content
• You are legally permitted to view such content in your location
• You will not allow minors to access the App
• You take full responsibility for your use of the App

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the App, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the App for any illegal purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to the App
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. Premium Features

SnooHub offers premium features through a one-time payment of $7 via Patreon. Premium purchases are processed through Patreon's secure payment system and are subject to their terms and refund policies.

Premium status is verified through your Patreon support and includes access to our exclusive Discord community for supporters. Features work across both Android and Windows platforms.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS.

The App displays content from Reddit and other third-party sources. We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.
